IX. Odyssey of the Anzick Clovis Site
The chance discovery of an 11,000 year old burial site in the Shields
Valley area of Park County, Montana sets off a chain of events that
illustrate as much about the behavior of modern day people as it
does about the prehistoric people who created the site. The following
essay expands upon events occurring since the publication of "The
Anzick Clovis Site in Park County, Montana (24PA506): Part 1"
(Archaeology in Montana, Volume 42, No. 1, 2001).
